Shock absorbers will help absorb the shock of any bumps you might drive over, so the ride feels smoother as you drive. Struts are also shock absorbers; however, they also give structural support to your vehicle. Anti-sway bars help keep your vehicle from rolling when you turn on corners. It is critical that all of these components are in good working order when you operate your vehicle. Worn suspension components will not only make less comfortable, but it can also reduce your car’s ability to keep all four tires gripping to the road, and can reduce the effectiveness of your brakes.
