Nissan Serves Up Rogue CUV for Detroit

Nissan's big reveal for this year's NAIAS is a brand new junior-sized crossover sportutility vehicle called the Rogue. Nissan's entry into the "soft roader" or CUV segment has been long awaited, although its range is packed full of SUVs, it needed something a little more friendly to consumers who want the look of an SUV without the driving dynamics or the fuel bills. Nissan believes that the Rogue is exactly what today's buyers are looking for. It looks a touch like a scaled-down Murano in shape, crossed with the detailing of the new Sentra. It's not bold or inspiring, but it should stand out well against the flurry of its competition.
