Volvo boasts a litany of safety milestones, including the first front and rear crumple zones, the first three-point rear seatbelts, and the first child-proof locks on rear doors. Volvo cars feature sleek designs and well-appointed, luxurious interiors, both of which contribute to their popularity with affluent drivers. |
Volvo is a Swedish automaker, although the company is currently owned by Ford. The majority of Volvo’s sales come from the European market, but the brand has held its own in the North American market as well. Volvo’s current lineup includes wagons, sedans, SUVs, and several luxury models. |
